You can return your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping & handling charges). In order for returns/exchanges to be honored please make sure the items are in their original packaging, to request return/exchange, email orders@sprinkworks.com and provide order number on Subject Line. We will respond within 24 hours.
If workmanship is defective, we will replace or credit once product has been returned for proper refund / credit.
